Chef Brian Litolff began cooking with his Grandmother in New Orleans when he was 11 years old and by age 17 he had already worked in 9 restaurants.  After attending The French Culinary Institute in New York, he traveled to France to receive advanced training at the Moulin de la Gorce and for the next 35 years he would develop his culinary skills on cruise ships, country clubs, luxury hotels and fine-dining restaurants in New York, Paris, Houston and Dallas-Fort Worth.  Chef Brian's love and passion for the culinary arts and his interest in world-wide cuisine is insatiable and it has driven him to acquire more 3000 culinary books in addition to spending countless hours researching and experimenting with the science of cooking.  Join us in experiencing authentic international cuisine that is the culmination of professional career and life spent pursuing a perfect blend of culinary art, science & love.
